More RAN Members achieve Quality Standard

RAN is delighted to announce that the British Red Cross and Reading Mencap have met the requirements for the RAN Quality Standard for signposting, providing assisted information, giving advice and doing casework.

Both organisations will receive their certificates shortly, to join the RAN Members with Quality Standards.
